Congress may soon vote on national Latino museum

In Washington, the long-awaited national museum of the American Latino might become a reality before year's end. A Senate committee advanced the proposal and it's now awaiting a full vote. We spoke to Estuardo Rodriguez, he’s the president and CEO of Friends of the American Latino Museum.
